If you want to sell your house at market value then I suggest you use literally ANY other estate agents because Palmer Snell obviously don't know the local house market at all... they valued my property £200,000 - £240,000 below all of other Estate Agents! That's a lot considering the others came in at around £550,000 - £600,000...Every other agent came in with around the same price with the exception of these jokers!
