We had previously sold a property in Glasgow so they were out first choice to sell our family home during the pandemic. David was our first point of contact and also provided sensible advice throughout the process on a number of matters. The initial meeting and valuation was extremely professional, there was no big sales pitch - the service they provide and their extremely competitive rates convinced us they were the right company again. The pictures and video, and all promotional materials really helped to highlight the features of our property. Mikki kept us up to date throughout the selling process, their online calendar of appointments was really helpful. Feedback was gained quickly by Mikki and we always felt informed and in control. We ended up selling quickly and in excess of what we had expected. Overall, outstanding service and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Falkirk/Stirling area
