From the moment Patrick Morgan of W J Meade’s arrived to view and give me a valuation of my property, I felt I was in good hands …. Within 2 day’s the photos had been taken and along with description of my property, it was advertised on their website. Patrick arranged to do a block viewing of my house the following Saturday as I didn’t have time to show people around during the week ! On the day of viewings , Damien Scott a colleague of Patrick arrived at time arranged … I was a bit apprehensive at first as I had only been dealing with Patrick ! But I didn’t have to worry as after Damien had quickly looked around the property,,,,, I thought He did a thoroughly professional job in showing prospective buyer’s around my house for around 2 and a half hours and answering any questions that was asked by people during the viewing’s . I didn’t have to do anything except make a cup of tea lol. At the end of the viewings Damien said he would call me on Monday with some feedback of how the viewings went ! He was true to his word and rang me to say that a couple had agreed on the asking price and did I want to proceed with the sale , which I agreed to do …. From the start until the end of my house being sold I was being kept informed by Damien of how things were progressing with the sale . If I had any questions that i wasn’t sure about, I would only have to ring the office and leave a message and he would get back to me as soon as he could ! So a big thank you to Damien and Patrick for making the sale of my house go as smooth as possible and I would definitely recommend W J Meade’s for their first class service 😃.
