Unprofessional and rude customer service
We put in the initial offer below asking price and soon were informed that there are offers well above the asking price. Fair enough, its a sellers market. But then, they will contact you, time and again, by colluding with the seller, saying your offer has been toppled and asking if you wished to increase the offer. Once you put in a higher offer, they will get their mortgage adviser to contact you. The mortgage adviser, in the process of finding you a good mortgage product, will extract information such as how much deposit you have and what the is your affordability. They also are able to see the offers on system and will communicate with the sales negotiator about your situation mainly all to your disadvantage. When we asked when is the seller finally going to decide, we are told by the it be a few days so that the seller's greed game and exploitation of buyers can continue. Ricky Wright, the sales negotiator, also once hung up the call abruptly. Giving benefit of doubt, I called them and asked if he was available only to be told that he was on break. After 2 hours, he contacts me, not to apologise but to state that he was calling because I called. I probe him on the abrupt call cut and he says it got disconnected due to network issues. Special network issues which allow you could contact him and the firm but not them to contact you. With such customer service, we are not intending to pursue any property that is listed by such unprofessional estate agents. Please be forewarned and kindly stay away from them. They do not work to buyers advantage.
