DO NOT USE! They were the cheapest out of all the estate agents that came round (only about 100 or so ).
How phillip james works is they tell you to put your house on the market for a 10k more than it's worth so you use their services over other reputable estate agents in the area.
Around a week later they tell you they haven't had much interest so it might be worth dropping the price.
You spend the majority of your time doing the estate agents job of doing the viewings. When you eventually sell your property you don't have much communication with Phillip James.
We were trying to get in before stamp duty and I spent days doing their jobs, ringing solicitors (if your buying they will push you to use theirs who are very unresponsive) finding out updates from mortgage broker (also do not use theirs as they will charge you a premium of £700 for the service when many companies do this for free)
If I did not do the above daily I am sure that I would still be waiting for the sale to progress
I am still waiting for a response to my email from rebekah Baines when I tried to email all parties so everyone was on the same page.
If you want a stress free selling journey do not use Phillip James
