TG are by far the worst agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They were very disorganised and unprofessional. They didn't tell me the property needed more work before moving in until two days before my moving date, which meant I had to delay it. They also didn't;t finish all the works and promised me more upgrades which ever took place. They left me without hot water for severs days on several different occasions. Sue Hamilton, the property manager, was very slow responding and didn't seem to follow up on any job, She would often had no idea whet r the works had been completed. She also neglected to inform the landlord about works needed work which delayed approval and caused me a lot of inconvenience. The team at TG seems to be bad at communicating with tenants, as well as with each other. They had caused me so much stress when I was moving out early of my tenancy, all because of confusion by some agents. Of course, the deposit return wasn';t so smooth either. Whoever did the inventory check was completely unreasonable but thankful the landlord did not deduct anything. TG, however, did not go through the return procedure prepay and I am still waiting for my deposit, two months after I had moved out. My advice is to avoid them. very unprofessional and will make your time miserable.

I can confirm this comment. The ‘professional’ was surprised that we were waiting at the property to accompany him. He had already just not turned up the first day he was due. He told us he likes to turn up unannounced. We soon discovered why. The check out service was shockingly bad. A few photos were clicked off. Damage was missed which we had to point out to him.
