We want to thank the team at Pedder and in particular Faye, for their support, advice and drive to sell our house in East Dulwich. Although an initial offer on our house did not materialise into a sale, the team at Pedder worked very quickly to find an alternative buyer. Within four weeks of accepting a new offer, we had exchanged. This would not have happened be it not for the team at Pedders' pro-activity and willingness to get the sale over the line. Throughout the process and our chain, we had exposure to other estate agents in the area and we can safely say, that the team at Pedder proved to be a cut above the rest.
