I bought from family run Thorne and Carter then trusted them to sell the property on smoothly given their professionalism and reputation for being a pleasure to work with. Both Henry and John were so supportive through the sale process in an incredibly challenging market time - in and out of Lockdown(s). They offered experienced advice and were deeply knowledgeable about the local market. The property marketing was of a high quality – the photography and thorough and appealing house description. T&C utilised social media, popular selling platforms etc to ensure our house was as visible as possible. Communication is excellent, even during a busy time the whole wonderful team is attentive to clients, very responsive, honest and find time to greet you – in the street, take the time to talk to you on the phone, answer questions etc so you feel informed. You feel valued as a client, and never pressured – making homebuying/selling feel collaborative. We would definitely recommend them!
