Unfair viewing and applicant process.

The company had lost the keys so my 2.45 pm viewing was delayed and so I waited in the rain until 3.15 pm with the 3pm and 3.15pm viewers. I shared my viewing with the other applicants because it was raining.
The same day I applied with 2 bank statements and a contract, unwilling to give a 3rd statement and my ID until I heard back from them ([email protected] - don't expect a response!) I had emailed a week prior to booking the viewing and they hadn't responded then either.
Just before the viewing Paul told me that the others viewing were first to view and should they put an application in first they would stop applications. This shocked me because I knew I was the first one interested and first to view, so I told him, that I am the 2.45pm and he asked the couple and they were in fact second to view at 3pm. I met the criteria, I am 28 with a permanent job and I explained all this to him but he wasn't interested.
Anyway I wanted the property that's why I was first to view but after no reply back from [email protected] after I sent my financial statements I did not send my ID. The second viewers got the flat because they were favoured and whole experience was awful. Don't expect to be shown round on time, in your own slot or to get communication back because first hand I can tell you.. You won't get it!
Very poor organisation and customer service and a complete lack of respect
