Thoroughly recommend Owen and his team at GTH at Langport. They sold our home in the first weekend - previously we had had the property on the market with another local firm for over six months. With GTH we had full asking price Offers - at a very similar asking price to the previous estate agents. Owen was also very helpful in pushing the Completion over the line.

Very reasonable at the outset. A flexible approach to the final fee throughout the transaction to compensate for late price reduction and a chain that dictated several completion dates put forward and long awaited exchange with related increase in legals and disbursements.
