I honestly couldn't recommend this company less.
We rented through them and they are the most unresponsive, unprofessional company we've ever experienced. They made life so difficult for us throughout the time they were our agency. They made constant errors, they ignored all of our emails and calls for weeks on end. Every time we would call with issues we would be told 'Oh someone will call you back', but never did. We had to chase them for 3 MONTHS to get our deposit back. I have no idea how they operate as an agency and I genuinely feel so sorry for people who sell/buy their house through them.

You should go to the papers and all the governing organisations. They will want to know the seriousness of your story. They agents use different names in their email and work at a run down cafe (thats their ‘office’) ...
