Our first contact with Miles and Simon at Goldin Lemcke was on the day before the full Christmas lockdown. They went out of their way to arrange a viewing at short notice, gave us honest advice about the property and the market and had our offer accepted within 24 hours. Following this, it took quite a while to exchange and complete, due to delays on the seller's side, but their commmunication throughout was always up to date, precise and to the point.
Their approach is extremely professional, with absolutely no BS, and our main contact Simon especially was a delight to work with.
When we picked up the keys, they had a small welcome pack ready with tea and coffee and a mug - very thoughtful.
We would highly recommend them.
