I was astonished that after a number of calls to all 3 of the local high street estate agency firms I was unable to even get a call back let alone a valuation visit on our flat located in central Egham. So, on recommendation, we went further out and contacted Aspens in Englefield Green, who within 2 days had visited and emailed me a valuation and we had agreed to proceed with them to sell at a fixed rate.
This was a probate sale for my late father and the Agency manger Paul managed the sale with respect, fast communication and as a link and liaison point for all parties which was especially useful as I'm based outside of the Country. Lastly he provided a high standard of help in respect of my elderly mother who lives locally but doesn't have internet ability.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency especially if you can get Paul to manage your sale or purchase.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
