Arins is by far the best and most focussed estate agents in the Lower Earley area, and I can say that having tried one before and spoken to others multiple times. Harry is an outstanding branch manager, and what I felt makes him stand out in the crowd is his honesty and transparency - he won't oversell and won't try to dodge your queries. He handled both the sale of my property as well as my onward purchase for me, and it was a pretty difficult chain situation IMHO with a seller who kept changing his mind! And this is where good estate agents stand out - it is not about just doing viewings - but ensuring they follow up with all stakeholders like Buyers/sellers, Financial advisors, solicitors and surveyors consistently and this is what Harry and his team delivered top notch service. Without them I can safely say we won't have been able to complete before the Stamp duty holiday expired, saving us £000s! And oh did I say, my buyer had backed out 1 week before we were to exchange, but Arins was able to get me 2 offers within 2 days (yes 2 days!) and arranged 7 viewings! That was pretty unbelievable. Both Theo and Dan were great too - and always eager to go that extra mile - even if it means emailing confirmations late in the evening to put your mind at peace. Amazing customer service and I wish the lads all the best in their career ahead.
