I have been house hunting for months now, seeing well over 15 properties and either losing out due to not being quick enough, or being out-bid by a very small amount. Because of this I have had contact/experience with pretty much every estate agent in Wiltshire and I can easily say Richard James are superior to any other. I've worked with every Richard James office in Swindon and all were professional but personal, polite, efficient, friendly and most of all organised! From sending a general enquiry you get a call from a professional member of the team who registers you and does everything to understand your needs and personal circumstances. Appointments are confirmed rapidly with a formal email listing the full address and who the agent is (excellent for putting into the diary and knowing where you stand). All too often have I made appointments with other vendors and days later still unsure if the viewing is going ahead.
I found my dream house through Iain, who (of course) I had met a couple of times previously and had developed a great relationship with. Iain knew my pain of the house hunting and was sympathetic and supportive at each viewing. My partner bought her coach house through Richard James and spoke highly of them, they seem to have just aged like an excellent wine over the years! This is why she is choosing to rent her property through them also now as we move into our forever home.
