It's two months since we moved in to our Gloucestershire home. Perry Bishop acted for the vendors but it felt that they acted for us! It was a tricky sales process, with some legal issues around title and both sides were in a hurry to beat Stamp Duty deadline. Lynn Pimm of Perry Bishop kept the show on the road, and probably saved the sale with her regular updates, gentle prodding of conveyancers and calm, pleasant manner.
We love the house, love the area and are so pleased we now live in our new house. I'd thoroughly recommend Perry Bishop, and Lynn too. Thank you.
