We sold our house through Alexander at Pedder. Pedder valued our house at the highest out of all the agents and managed to get that same price on completion. Throughout the process Alexander was always available to ask questions, would always explain the situation honestly, and would always update us straight away with any news from the buyer or solicitors. The whole process took less than 3 months and we are very happy with the end result!
