Jade is extremely unprofessional, slow to reply and rude. She either ignores emails/calls or half-responds to emails (after sending multiple emails asking her to respond) using text speak which is honestly shocking for a ‘Director’ of a company. The only time she will reply is when there is an offer of money, ie. she will reply to give bank details but that’s about it. Other members of staff have similarly bad things to say about her which says it all. Clearly she is only in this position due to her family situation and would never be in a director position otherwise.
Didn’t receive my contract until the day before I moved in which was extremely stressful - this was after days of continuously emailing and texting Jade, ringing the office and emailing any other staff emails I could get my hands on. To think I wasn’t sure whether I could actually move into the property until the DAY BEFORE puts me at a loss for words.
As for the building, the Hub is alright but smells, people smoke inside the entry ways which leaves it smelling of cigarettes constantly. There is also a huge rat problem around the front of the property and on the street in general which seems to be getting worse - nothing is being done about it

I am a current investor having bought one of the student properties several years ago.I am astonished but not surprised at all to see all the negative reports against this extremely rude illiterate and unproffesional Jade Ata.
She promised a buy back solution 18 months ago with guaranteed rental income for 5-10 years followed by a full buy back. She told us there would be more news to follow, but i have heard nothing from her during these last 18 months and my student property has yielded zero income for the past year.
if am sure that all investors like me are in exactly the same situation.
if anyone else knows how to remedy this, I would be grateful for feedback / advise.

I'm sorry that you, like so many others have had to deal with Jade and Gary and the monsters who are Noble. Hi Ruby, very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I made the biggest mistake in renting with Noble at the Lightbox this year. I signed for a flat but just under two weeks before I was due to move in Jade told me I couldn't have it. I have also had the displeasure of talking to 'Kylie' who is very rude and blunt.
