We came to CJHole after a slow start selling our property through a different local agent. The difference in service was remarkable - we had timely feedback after viewings, regular updates without being prompted and we experienced a truely professional service throughout the process. Why hadn't we gone with these guys sooner? Despite our house being on the market for some 3 months prior, CJ Hole still found new potential buyers - so much so we ended up with multiple buyers and offers! George is an extremely competent guy and the team around him (Calum in particular) were very good too. George and Tim have really got their eye on the ball - they consistently displayed a detailed understanding of what was going on in the local marketplace and they take their job seriously - always available, pleasant, patient and delivered on commitments. It appears to me that they've really gone the extra mile to know what their customers want - even down to the smallest detail of everyone in the team knowing who you are with very little prompting and knowing details of the property to which you are referring. Even though your house isn't the biggest or most expensive on their books you are made to feel like it is. They put in the hours and my husband and I were deeply impressed. They put other agents to shame.
