Should you have a reason to make a complaint, we have implemented the following complaints procedure to help us resolve your grievance and work towards continually improving our professional services. All complaints will be investigated and dealt with at no cost to the consumer. The complainant's legal rights aren't affected throughout the process.
Stage 1.
1. Any complaint against RE/MAX Select (the Company) should be addressed in the first instance to the person with whom you have been dealing in respect of the matter giving rise to your complaint.
2. If you cannot obtain an explanation satisfying your complaint within 24 working hours, please do not hesitate to contact the appointed Manager listed below.
3. If your complaint has not been resolved at stage 1, or in the event of a complaint being made directly to those named below we will progress as follows.
Stage 2.
4. If your complaint was originally made verbally we would be grateful if you could summarise the nature of your grievance in writing to the Manager listed below.
5. Once we have received your written summary we will acknowledge receipt in writing, normally within 3 working days to inform you of our understanding of the circumstances leading to your complaint. We may ask for more information regarding these circumstances and we will invite you to make any comments that you may have.
6. We shall continue our investigations into the matter and normally within 15 working days of receipt of your written summary the person dealing with your complaint will write informing you of the outcome of the investigation and let you know what actions have been taken or will be taken. In some instances your complaint may take longer than this to investigate, if so we will write to you to inform you of our progress.
7. If you remain dissatisfied with any aspect of the handling of the complaint, we will then attempt to resolve it promptly by negotiation.
8. At any stage or if the complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction we will agree its referral to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents.

1. NAEA is a fee paying membership, anyone can join with minimal knowledge.
2. Thats right, must be the pesky competition that are doing remax down, cant possibly be really disgruntled customers with a genuine reason to harbour hatred. Maybe some are both dave?
3. biggest estate agency in the world... same as 'your M&S' or 'I'm lovin' it' logo logo logo, i think you've been brainwashed dave, i mean do you go to tesco's because ' every little helps '
4. nice to hear you were treated with respect and not brutally tortured in their back office.
5. they dont have 'guts' to invest their money and they dont do it to 'sell your home' they do it because they dont see it as a scam to pay to work and they need money to pay their office. Most of these guys probably wouldn't pass a criminal check and they do for the money at remax beacuse no other agency would pay them or employ them.
6. i'm certain they were gald to see you but possibly not for the reasons you would like people to believe.
7. I'm sure they work with a local charity and donate some money to them for absolutely no advertising reward what so ever, under no circumstances would any of their charitable work or donations be done should the slightest hint of their business being mentioned in any form of press or advertisng. Come on dave, the training at remax tell them to sponsor charities, sports clubs etc as its good advertising. Even if there was some personal connection to it dont fool your self into thinking they would consider doing it annonimously
8. i suggest you are indeed one of their friends and no one would expect you not to stick up for them. Problem is some offices see comments and panic they will get tarred with the same brush. And that is true they do but quite rightly so, remax back thier system and it remains universal. If port talbot has little choice in estate agencies and the remax agents do a good honest job there then perhaps dave your job or "friends" are safe, they would however be in a minority of remax branches and perhaps they should go independant before its too late. If they need convincing get them to add up how much they pay to remax in fees etc and see how much it costs them to use the brand image, then consider how many people outside port talbot even know what remax is, tell them.... 'you can go it alone friends, you can walk without the aid of a big balloon'
