I tried to view a property in Compton Martin, I emailed, them and called them 4 times, only on final call a week later they booked me in.
Two days before the appointment they then wanted me to rearrange!
I have just sold two properties in The Chew Valley with another agent, who were far more efficient!
Sellers also be aware, their contract states that if you pull out of a sale, you have to pay their fee!
