William H Brown were able to sell our property within a short period of time to the 2nd person who viewed it.
Even though a problem arose Paul, the Manager, quickly resolved the issue and overcame the objections.
Then, Tracy managed a quick house sale through excellent communication between all Solicitors, Agents, Buyers and Sellers .
This sale went through admirably quickly - we would certainly use William H Brown again and recommend them highly to people we know.

Full management fee was £1530 plus a further £540 admin charges. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF given that they neglected and completely mismanaged the property. They will take the fee and then tell you when their is an issue that the management fee only covers administration.Attachments

Are you sure you mean searches and not enquiries? If it is enquiries raised, then this is down to the purchasers' solicitor, not the estate agent or your solicitor. If you do mean searches then:
Point 1; the speed of which searches arrive are not dictated by the estate agent nor the purchasers' conveyancer. The sooner the buyer pays for it, the sooner they can be submitted.

This must of happened to us our offers not gone through to seller, William h brown didn't even log out details after telling them twice. They let us go through a long process and waste people's time. We asked for a transfer from jobs and schools and had a builder go round to see work needed doing.. I'm convinced they have sold it to one of their own, when I find out I'm taking it further even if it takes me years . This can't happen to people's feelings, they can't keep getting away with it X ...
