From our first contact with Helen in the office, who successfully endeavoured to arrange a viewing of the property at our convenience as we were moving in from out of the area, through to meeting with Michael Brown, and then with Angie Powell, we have found all at Starkey & Brown to be polite, professional and helpful. Angie was the only agent in the chain who persevered in obtaining relevant information to the progress of the transaction, and for this we are truly grateful. We are looking forward to moving into our new home, the successful result due in no small part to Angie and her colleagues. We would thoroughly recommend Starkey & Brown

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
