We rented a property through Gallant Richardson and from the off their service was quick, efficient and simple. When issues arose, such as the need for a new washing machine, Ross and the team were quick to respond and provide a solution. We bought a property mid way through the tenancy and Ross, Jo & Ray could not have been more helpful in putting our mind at ease and working with us and the landlord to arrange a suitable new tenant to coincide with our departure. All in all, they provided a faultless service and we couldn’t recommend them enough.
