Absolute waste of time - failed at introduction phase. Made an online booking for a house appraisal for two days later and received an automated reply saying we were scheduled, but would get a call from Hunters to confirm.

Karen, having read your review and now having spoken to you I hope you can accept my apologies about the issues you had booking your valuation. As discussed, having booked online with us due to unforeseen circumstances we did not have a member of staff available to cover the appointment. I understand having then prepared the house and receiving a last minute call this would have been disappointing and frustrating, and again I offer my apologies.
