Bought a property in Disley through Bridgefords in April 21’. Mike played us against another customer and was very unprofessional in communicating the situation and whilst we expect the agents to do the best for the seller, there was clear lies being told. Once we agreed a deal (that included some contents) this was not communicated to the seller and Mike lost us approximately 3-4K in furnishings claiming that we should read the paperwork (the paperwork clearly sided with us). We completed the sale and challenged him on this loss, to date we have had no response. Also, do not use their recommended solicitor (it’s Mikes wife) extremely rude, not helpful and very expensive compared to others. Appalling service throughout and total disregard to the buyers at every stage.
