We needed an estate agent that could oversee viewings, living over an hour from the property. Having had a bad experience with a previous huge national estate agent, and not having faith in the “pay up front” online agents, we wanted to go local. They are not the cheapest, but have been worth every penny, achieving a much higher price than we expected. They have been a fantastic team, from getting so many viewings, to completion. We were kept informed every step of the way, checking in by phone and confirming in email. Restored my faith in that there are good estate agents out there!

I’ve got to tell you that your review, exactly hits the nail on the head of what we are trying to achieve at Park Row!
We often have clients who need to sell properties in our area but don’t live here and we know Park Row can do things that other agents are just not prepared to do.
We offer valuations outside what would be deemed ‘normal working hours’ and because we are the only agent with an office in Selby that opens 7 days a week, it helps our clients to talk to us when it suits them.
We also take calls on evenings as well.
One other strength is that we can conduct all viewings at night and at weekends. Most agents close at 5pm and that doesn’t help the viewers that are working and need to view when is best for them.
Park Row really are trying to change the image of Estate Agents and always give the best service we can and achieve the best possible results for our clients (rather than just selling the property, like some agents do).
