Awful! They are borderline criminal and out to exploit people. We tried to view a property and they were basically unreachable by telephone or email. They promised us a video viewing of a property but never sent it, then coerced us into paying a holding deposit by telling us there were other tenants ready to pay and we would lose the property if not. After we paid we were able to inspect the property only to find that the bathroom was covered in irreparable mould which had penetrated into the walls. There was actually algae growing on the shower head! Similarly the entire house was filthy and covered in dog hair. There were two dogs in a crate barking at us all the time so we couldn't view the kitchen properly, and were not able to view the back garden as the real estate forgot the key for it. We then wrote to Leaders saying we wanted everything to be cleaned and fixed before we proceeded with our application so we could make sure it was suitable for human habitation before we signed the tenancy agreement. They ignored our emails and are unreachable over the phone. We since found another house for the same price which was immaculate with responsible and professional real estate agents. This was the worst letting experience ever - please avoid these people at all costs!
