What agent could do to change your mind?
When an email was wrote to the company asking for answers as to how and why certain things were approved without our permission, they didn't give us a straight answer. We also wanted compensation for the items of furniture removed. Giving us a something free for the next tenancy sign up is an insult as We will NEVER use them again. And would NEVER recommend them to anybody we know.

There is an annual 'admin' fee each year to redraw the existing contract, which I am not convinced is necessary. It is not, however, astronomical. So no problem.
