We've had a terrible experience as tenants in their property. The property management team are rude, do not respond to emails and continually get things wrong. The main director, Luke, thinks that they are above and beyond reproach when in fact he is part of the problem, not listening to complaints and backing his staff even when we have evidence of their incompetence from email chains. He was rude to my partner, made her cry and stated that we are the problem and that they would "remove us from the property". He is patronising, arrogant and thinks that tenants are a nuisance in his life. He stated that the whole team at SW19 think that we are problem tenants and he can understand why no-one wants to deal with us. Perhaps, Luke and SW19 team, if you had answered our concerns when they were first raised and had some sympathy to our situation, you might find that your team is actually incompetent and that we wouldn't have to continually write emails and call to get any basic maintenance achieved.

The agent is incompetent, they do not respond to emails, just take your money and disappear.
