Miles at Goldin Lemcke was outstanding throughout our purchase. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and open when we looked round the flat, and took the time to understand our needs up front (which became relevant later on down the line!).
The offer process was smooth, but we then encountered some specific hold-ups on the side of the sellers’ solicitor and the managing agent. Miles, doubtless aware of our situation (but also because he seems like that kind of chap) worked extremely hard to chase down the requisite loose ends, keep us informed (and at ease, which was needed at times!) and help us get the purchase over the line. He and the Goldin Lemcke team were brilliant throughout - we can’t thank them enough.
