I don't know how to praise the services of Bill Humphries highly enough. His integrity, sensitivity and professional but friendly approach made him and his agency a pleasure to deal with. The thing is, Bill actually cares about the properties and the people involved. I had been going through a turbulent divorce process and the sale of the house was a substantial part of that. Bill was respectful of some of the personal dilemmas and dealt with myself and my ex-husband very fairly. He achieved plenty of viewings, taking care to notify me of when these would be and something about the prospective buyers. Ultimately the house was withdrawn from sale, which must have been both a financial and a personal disappointment to bill, but nevertheless, even when there was nothing to gain, he couldn't have been more supportive. Bill is a NICE GUY! and a rareity, and will absolutely push the boat out to get the right deal for the right people. He is honest, works well with everyone involved and i would highly recommend him to people considering using his services.
