Absolutely useless! There customer service was appalling. I really don't suggest that you use these and urge you to find another agency to use as both tenant and landlord

We tried. You were absolutely useless in trying to solve our issues. You told us one thing to keep us quiet
And then completely changed this when you met the landlord. You are just saying this on this site to save face.
You are without doubt the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with and will continue to inform the public

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
