I am not happy at all with the way we was treat as tenancy at Parklands by Martin meade Ormskirk - They was in beech of there responsibilities as a landlord for not making it safe within the property of 6 Parklands, also not responding to any calls or emails from your tenancy as you haven’t done for the past 2 years and 5 months over this Period we actually paid in rent £26,850 in rent as they changer us £895 per months !!

The wholes time we was tenancy at parklands, we was never given an emergency contact number and no one else ever responseded to emails or telephone calls.

Below are a few issues that’s we have raised and it was never sorted by you!

In the 2 years and 5 months no gas safety checks was ever carried out in the property. The landlord should be doing a gas safety check every year and this was never done once, since we moved in 25th January 2019
The gas hob was unsafe to use and kept going off and we could never use it and this was reported nothing ever done about it.

The rear fence had blown down within the 1st month of living at the property no one else fixed it we had to pay for it to be repaired and no thing was ever done about it
Which cost £100 to repair which I will take this matter further to claim it back.
Heating/boiler was leaking took over 3 weeks for anyone to come out in January 2020 and its was -4 and then a further week to get it fixed and we also had no hot water the children had to go to school to be able to had a wash. This happened time and time again disgusting form a landlord and only reason was fixed as we complained to and other landlord.
We was left without heating on a number of occasions with children in the property at one point over 3 weeks and in the end I had to paid top get this repaired and the office was closed and no one AGAIN returned my calls I'm still waiting from February 2021 the cost of the repair was over £200
Ensuite was over flowing from shower due to poor draining it took over a month for any one to come out and look at this and in the end never got fixed property and we was never able to use it as it was still leaking into the kitchen again no one ever came back out to repair this, in the end we was unable to use the ensuite.
Master bathroom continuous problems with the drains blocking and leaking never got repaired and this was continued reported from the day we mo9ved in!!! again 2 years and nothing done about it.
Leaking roof into master bedroom never was fixed again was we was just ignored.
Down stairs WC flush was broken reported never got fixed and un able to use this

These are just some of the repaired we report and never got fixed this is totally unacceptable as a landlord and now you again have fault to response to any of my calls or emails and then write to my sister address without contacting me directly and to threaten is totally unprofessional.

I have left a number messages on the office answer phone and email I am aware these emails are getting picked up as I have the read receipt on also.
However its come to my attention that as well as I am aware you are getting my emails due the fact you knew I Had left the property as if yo wasn’t getti9ng my emails you wouldn’t of gone a few days after I had left.
They are in beech of you responsibilities as a landlord for not making it safe within the property also not responding to any calls or emails for your tenancy as you haven’t done for the past 2 years and 5 months.

We give notice to leave 6 parklands on 19th April 2021 and left 25th May 2021 Martin Meade never even acknowledged this keys was returned on the 25th May 21!!! However they wrote to my sister after not acknowledging us to say they now changer in his further for rent and a locksmith !!!!

Avoid this company at all costs
