George has helped us with our house sale from the very start all the way through to comletion. At all times, George was very professional, highly responsive and always a pleasure to work with. We have met 2 other agents before meeting Franklyn James for comparison. We went with Frankly James not only because of its very competitive rates but to a large extend also because of our excellent personal impression of George who was able to explain all our questions very well. He believed in our property to achieve a certain price range that we were happy with and he saw the potential of the property at a tricky stage of the market where the other agents were more causious. His instinct for the market was spot on as it soon started to take off, just as he has anticipated. George was our partner throughout the whole process, he presented our property very professionally, he and his colleagues always made us feel welcome and made all efforts to accommodate our questions, requests and any other needs.
