Working with Lee was a pleasure from start to finish - which in our case was longer than expected! (Through no fault of Lee’s I hasten to add!) We had a terrible run of bad luck, but with Lee by our side we managed to get our deal through before the SDLT deadline and before our mortgage offer expired. He has been completely supportive, transparent and honest with us from start to finish, and having a group whatsapp group to arrange viewings/deal with queries and communicate with us was just brilliant. He would always reply within minutes to any queries, and although I have said I am never moving house again, when we do it will be Lee that we call on. We can’t thank you enough for making our new home a reality.

You really havent told all of the story. You emailed in to view a property. I sent you a reply providing you with lots of additional informaton but also with some standard questions we ask to help qualify buyers. You rang asking if you had to complete it because you had a baby?! I explained we have had 100 enquiries and was it really that much to ask to complete around 6 questions.
