Never known an estate agency that doesn’t return to a buyer when they have raised questions. Appalling service.

The little effort that has been put in has lost their vendor a sale, no sale should take 6 months.

However we definitely see this from two different sides, the team were very clear with our instructions with regards to moving into the property both over the phone and in person when you collected the keys.
