I would advise anyone to avoid, over priced fees and a charging of £150 to renew your tenancy agreement, which they call an admin fee!
3months property inspections and will enter even with you out!
Money and paperwork going missing and rude staff.
Once you leave the property don't expect to get you deposit back and once they know your leaving they really couldn't be less helpful.
I'm glad I no longer have to put up with them and would advise you think twice before using.

For starters they never sent us an inventory so after the third month we stopped asking. The shower in the property leaked so they sent 5 different people out to fix it and every time they sent some idiots who had no idea what they were ...

Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.
