Will not be going back to these guys even if they are the last estate agents remaining. Were okay when I initially moved in, in fact I will say Charlotte who handled everything prior to moving in was lovely, shame we never dealt with her when it came to issues. Instead we had to deal with Jennifer who was always hostile and rude when emailing, her attitude stunk. She was also very unprofessional and tried blaming us for issues when it was obviously out of our hands. One time she told my housemate to call someone else in the office as the issue was not for her, even though it she dealt with majority of things in the house. She also blamed the housemate after they took two rent payments in the same month and said she had to provide evidence first which took a while as Jen was slow in reply. She never dealt with anything quickly. The worst part is she told another of my housemates that his new place (which is with 2let2) was not ready but he could stay an extra day. On moving out day she came to the house very aggressively saying this was not the case, trying to blame the housemate saying it was his fault. This left him homeless for the evening.
Overall shocking, needs to learn how to work with people before doing a job like that.
