Park Row have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish , the communication by all staff has been exceptional throughout the sale of our home and very professional, yet personal and empathetic during such recent unprecedented circumstances.
With the extra £12.500 over the asking price this allowed us to buy our dream forever home.
We have also bought our new property though park row and the smooth communications and correspondence have made the whole process flow pain free.
I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family in the future

It’s such a brilliant feeling helping people to achieve their dreams/goals!
When I try to explain to potential clients the difference between ‘selling a property’ and ‘getting the best price’ this is what I’m talking about!
If I remember correctly, another agent had valued your property 25k lower and trust me they would of ‘sold’ it!
With the extra money you have ended up with because we make sure we are ‘getting the best price,’ it’s allowed you to get another property you thought was out of your reach.
The problem in our industry is most agents are focused on selling property.
We are focused on exceeding expectations and helping clients dreams come true!
