After calling Rettie on no less than 7 occasions I am yet to view a property. This is despite me offering to view places on any day of the week at anytime. By the time my viewing appointment comes around (usually 1 week after I call) the property has already been taken.
I can understand that it is not there fault if properties are taken up, but why is it always a week to see a property? I've also found it is pointless leaving a message or emailing Rettie as I haven't received a single response from any of my 4 emails or voicemails left.
They are just after money as quickly as possible regardless of the quality of tenant (I am a high earning professional with no children).
I would firstly advise landlords to stay away as from my experience and from reading other reviews Rettie couldn't give two hoots about your property, just as long as someone is in paying as quickly as possible.
