Ben has helped us so much over the years, from buying our very first home, to selling and upsizing. When we first approached Ben about purchasing our first home, he helped us every step of the way, gave us honest advise, and helped guide us through the process.
We were so happy with the service we received that when it came time to move, naturally we got straight in contact with Ben. He arranged and took care of everything for us, and sold our house within two weeks, for the price we wanted, and the team at Bacon found us our ideal home.
We are now currently in the process of selling our garage. After speaking to Ben, he came out the following day to get it valued, and we had an offer within an hour of it going on the market, for a lot more than we imagined. Thanks to Ben's knowledge and understanding of properties and the market, he has always helped us to get the best deal possible, for the fairest price to all parties.
