I can’t recommend Damien and his team enough, especially Lewis and Katie.
Following the decision to sell my property, I had a number of valuations and initially instructed a different agent - How wrong I was! After 13 weeks with the other agent I had minimal viewings and next to no feedback. I then contacted Damien who I now know should have been my first choice.
Damien spent the time to discuss the property and best approach to selling it resulting in an offer after only 2 weeks for the full asking price.
In my opinion, the team are excellent and their communication methods meant I was always able to contact any of the team and receive a timely response.
Living 100miles away from the property meant I had to trust in the team to keep me reliably informed of progress and opinions - they also helped me to arrange repairs and access required to help make everything go through promptly
I recommend Giggs and McGrath without reservation and would definitely use them again.
