Extremely poor customer service. I have cash in hand trying to buy a property they listed with a tenant in place. The girl who answers the phone is difficult to deal with. Email questions receive some kind of autonomous response, failing to address any pertinent points. Danny has failed to respond to my email which was sent directly to him five days ago. I’m glad I don’t need them to help me with anything critical.

Same thing happened to me last week. I stood outside the building but no one showed up. I sent an email, I got an out of office response. If someone else had scooped the property up, all the had to do was cancel. ...
