Bacon&Co proved to be a thoroughly reliable and helpful team from the outset with booking viewings and over the very challenging period of negotiating purchase in the Covid period. Outstanding was Ben Davis. He was present for my second viewing before Lockdown and then advised by phone or email (even when unwell) through all the ups and downs of negotiating with the seller, the chain, surveyor, and solicitors. He was a wonderful support: unpushy, helpful, quick to understand worries and to solve problems, compassionate, and reliable in following everything up conscientiously and energetically. Thank you so very much Ben in making a stressful purchase bearable - don't know if it would have happened without your excellent liaison skills.
