I've had an absolute horrid experience with Haart and Ashley Adams (made me give up on my property search)
Both were very condescending AND both withdrew my offer (without my consent) for someone who had purchased a mortgage via their own broker. (I am using a family friend)
When I attempted to restart my search, I was dubious with going forward because of my past experiences with Haart and Ashley Adams….
Hannells have been the complete opposite, and the professional and friendly care from Eliza has been amazing! You can always hear the smile through the phone!
Truly recommend the Alvaston office to anyone!
