Am a leaseholder for block “managed” by Jonathan Rolls who only seem to manage from behind a computer screen.

They have too many properties on the books to actually do a decent job and that’s the general view from all of the contractors they use.

Numerous issues with an upstairs leaseholder have been constantly dismissed with a huge amount of bias shown towards this person, the property is not routinely checked under a maintenance agreement and action is only taken after damage to property has occurred. A hole in the roof went unchecked for months & caused numerous damage events, time, and stress.

They’ll always try & refer you to the freeholders solicitor to remedy any issues they don’t want to deal with which, of course, is always at a cost.

A truly terrible managing agent all round really.

Quite happy to issue aggressive demands for money though.

Dan, I'd be interested to learn how the legal procedures went as I'm not entirely sure you can sue somebody for putting into print the absolute truth & especially when there's plenty of corroborative evidence? ...
