It’s really great to get a review for yourself & Damien, this is the third property that you’ve sold with Park Row and there must be a reason why you always return to us.
We know we’re not the cheapest Agent out there but as you know, you get what you pay for!
Any Agent can sell a property, the real skill is to get the best price!

There’s nothing better that a repeat client, we appreciate your business and look forward to helping you again in the future.
Many Estate Agents deliberately over value to win the property onto the market (as the agent can receive a ‘listing bonus.’

Obviously losing a loved one is never easy and Park Row always take our time to make sure we take as much pressure from our clients as possible.

Park Row always try to go over your expectations!
Some agents talk a very good game but once the contract is signed and they’ve got the listing, their promises often don’t materialize.
We’ve built our company on recommendation and it’s one of the reasons we continue to win the ‘Best Estate Agent Awards’ year after year.

Everyday I go into homes and try to explain that any agent can sell a property!
We pride ourselves on everything you have said and making sure we are getting our clients the best price!
Lots of agents get paid a commission for just ‘listing’ the property.
This is crazy as they will just tell you what you want to hear, not what you need to know!
