I just wanted to email you to let you know how amazing the Borough Green branch have been with my purchase. I am purchasing a property from Kings and obviously they are under no real obligation to be as helpful to me as they would their own client however, I feel they have been really outstanding. I would especially like to mention 3 members of the team who we have spoken with.
Lou has been super friendly, she managed to squeeze us into a slot to view our new property because she knew how much it meant to me. She was always really helpful over on both phone and email. A really lovely lady.
Karen was so professional showing us around the property, she was really friendly and able to help me & my estate agent many times with the queries we have and very quickly I must say!
Stuart has dealt with every single one of my calls and emails very quickly (and there have been a lot of them), he has even dealt with my matter on his day off (I got his out of office!). Stuart has been so friendly, professional, helpful and more! He has helped to speed up our purchase, he has always been on hand to help and make the process smooth. He has gone above and beyond to help me and honestly, I cannot thank him enough. Everything I have requested he has looked into for us!
I just wanted to say on behalf of me and my partner that we are extremely grateful especially in these times when I am sure the team are super busy, I will recommend Kings in the future to anyone we know who is buying or selling. This is my 2nd purchase and I can say in comparison to my 1st, Kings Borough Green branch and the people I have mentioned above have given the best customer service.
The house sale isn’t yet complete but I still want to give my feedback on how amazing they are.
