We have recently been successful in purchasing a country property outside Shrewsbury, marketed by Fine & Country.
The acquisition like most, didn’t go without its issues, the saying “buying a property is the most stressful thing you’ll go through in life” couldn’t be further from the truth with this purchase. From the first conversation with Emma Romaine-Jones from Fine & Country, we knew we were going to be in good hands, having bought many properties over the years, the service received from Emma was without doubt the best.
At each hurdle Emma went the extra mile to help us overcome the problem, the professionalism and dedication given, ensured the sale completed. Whilst the process took longer than anticipated, due the times we are living in, Emma kept the communication between the vendor and ourselves positive and as stress free as possible, at all times offering solutions to the obstacles we encountered.
